My kitchen is the hub of our family world and centers around incredibly home-cooked and sometimes fanc- smancy food dishes and “dishin” or the act of conversing whilst stuffing our faces.

You might find me covered in flour, but you’ll pretty much always find me happy.   Except doing laundry.

    I tried to “grab your button” but wasn’t able to coordinate an adequate copy and paste maneuver within the confines of that text box. (If that makes any sense to you at all.)


  3. You left a message on Pinch My Salt regarding brown rice and if cooking it in boiling water changes the nutrition. My comment, prior to yours, is that yes you do lose some B vitamins by throwing away the water which is why I prefer the stovetop method or, even better, the pressure cooker method, which cuts cooking time in half.
